Nissin i60A flash TTL compatible with Fuji XT2 after firmware update

I just received good news from my local Nissin distributor. They have just received a firmware update for the Nissin i60A flash for the Fujifilm X-T2. And they confirm that the Nissin i60A now works fine on the Fujifilm XT2.

The other good news is that at the end of this year, the trigger Air 1 for Fujifilm will be lanched as well.

When you now start ordering your Nissin i60A flash, just double check with your seller if this will have the new updated firmware yet.

Hi- I’ve gotten my i60a and it works very well with my XT-1; I’m receiving my XT-2 tomorrow!! Anyone know if the firmware upgrade ‘breaks’ the i60a for the
XT-1???? (It’s going to be my back up body…)

I’m afraid the X-T1 processor is not fast enough to enable HSS Bob.

I just got the bossin i60A for my Fuji xt-2 – and understand, HSS will work with the next firmware update for the i60A. Can anybody advise, how I can get the firmware on my device?

If you want to upgrade your Nissin flash firmware, you’ll need to take it back to your distributor. You can’t do it yourself, unfortunately. Best, Wim

Manda-o para a fábrica, tu não podes actualizar o firmware alone.
