Great news for everyone who has been waiting for their ZY Optics Mitakon 50mm f/0.95! The Speedmaster will begin shipping this week.

There was a delay because the production line can only coat a limited number of lenses per week.

Anyone who had a pre-order will receive a delivery notice and tracking number shortly. Expected delivery is around June 20th.

All these pictures were edited in Lightroom with the lens profile that is downloadable on my ZYoptics tips and tricks page. As I wrote in previous posts, the ZY Optics Mitakon 50mm f/0.95 is a fantastic portrait lens, but you’ll need to take some time to get used to the shallow DOF.
